About Fayez Yammine

Whilst his credentials may be impressive, it's the calm and confident manner in which Fayez delivers advice and support, that his clients find most noteworthy. With over 17 years of hands on experience in the real estate industry, there have been many words used to describe him in the past...poised, reassuring, diligent, thorough, enthusiastic, (and maybe surprising for those who have only spoken to him briefly) a little bit cheeky.

Having commenced his career as an assistant property manager, Fayez worked his way up to become a senior property manager in just a few short years. The move into sales was a natural progression for him, and whilst sales was always his end goal, he wanted to be sure that he had a well rounded knowledge of the industry first, in order to be able to provide his clients with advice that could encompass all facets of real estate. It is this wealth of real estate knowledge that Fayez draws upon daily, in order to assist his clients to secure the best possible outcome for their property transactions.

To further enhance his real estate career, Fayez completed an Advanced Diploma in Property (Valuation) and is an associated member of the Australia Property Group (AAPI accredited), recognising him as a registered valuer. Having grown up in the Inner West, Fayez is able to combine his outstanding skills with his superior local market knowledge, thereby making him an invaluable source of information.
